We kindly ask you to treat our space with respect as it is someone's home, not a hotel. Previous guests have loved their stay, and we trust you will too. If any issues arise, we'll try to take prompt action, but please note that there isn't a 24/7 on-site staff. Important details to know: • Parking notes: Guests should not tow large items (RVs, trailers, boats, etc.) due to backcountry roads that are not always passable. • The driveway is steep but is paved concrete. See the listing photos for more information • Wheelchair inaccessible due to stairs between levels and at entrance • 12 human max • 4 vehicle max (no RVs, trailers, boats) • Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Enjoy the hot tub at your own risk • No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge for each • No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control • The indoor fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area due to Fannin County law • Condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee beans are NOT provided • Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and asked to leave the cabin immediately. • We provide a start of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay • For everyone's safety, fires are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, except for the fireplaces during the winter months. Unauthorized fires, including candles, will result in a $100 charge, plus any damages incurred.

Cabin is the only one on 5 acres off of a private road. You have total privacy but are still only a 10 min drive to downtown Blue Ridge. The private road to the front entrace is packed gravel and flat. The driveway is steep but the view at the top is worth it I promise! See the listing photos for pictures of both.
